5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return or refund.

  • If an issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping.

  • If not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
