At Royal Wire Products, customer satisfaction is important to us. While returns are rare due to the durability and quality of our products, we review return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe a return or refund is warranted, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the situation.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the incorrect product or a confirmed manufacturing issue), we will cover return shipping costs and work quickly to resolve the issue.

If the return is not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returned items must be in unused, original condition and packaged appropriately for transport.
