Using your Royal Wire Gift Cards

  • To redeem a gift card at Royal Wire Products, follow the simple steps below.

    You need your unique Gift Card code, which was emailed when the Gift Card was purchased. The code will look similar to YDDU ID78 DYD9 DKY6.

    1. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
    2. When you check out, you will see a field to input a Gift Card code to the right of the Check Out Page. You may use multiple Gift Card codes per transaction.
    3. Input your Gift Card code(s) and click 'Apply' before you click the 'Pay now' button at the bottom of the page to finalize your purchase.

  • To check your Gift Card balance, follow the steps below.

    When the Gift Card was purchased, a link to the unique Gift Card Page was sent to the purchaser and recipient, if a recipient was indicated at time of purchase.

    Gift Card codes, remaining balances, and expiration dates can be verified by using the link on that email. Click the 'View gift card balance' link on that email.

    Please note: Gift cards are nonrefundable.
