Orders are processed Monday through Thursday during normal business hours.

We are closed on Fridays, weekends, and all major holidays.

If an order is received outside of operating days or hours, it will be processed the next business day.

Production and lead times may vary depending on product availability and order volume, especially for larger or custom-built items. If additional time is required, we will notify you with an estimated timeline.
🚚 Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx.
We select the most appropriate FedEx service based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Larger or heavier items may be shipped using FedEx Freight, and additional services (such as liftgate or appointment delivery) may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and method of shipment.
If additional services (e.g., residential delivery, liftgate, inside delivery) are required, additional fees may apply.
📍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If you are interested in shipping outside the U.S., please contact us prior to ordering to discuss possible arrangements.
📅 Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the FedEx service selected:

FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: typically 3–7 business days

FedEx Freight: typically 5–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
📬 Delivery & Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping information for accuracy.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is delivered to FedEx.

For freight shipments, please inspect the shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
📒 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with damage or missing items:

Document any damage and note it on the delivery receipt (if applicable).

Take clear photos of the damage.

We will work with FedEx and with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If you require specific arrangements (e.g., delivery to a limited-access location, liftgate service, or scheduling needs), please contact us prior to shipment. We will do our best to accommodate requests where possible; additional fees may apply.
